OptiSwing Refund Policy

All purchases on OptiSwing are final. Because each serve analysis consumes compute and storage resources as soon as the upload is processed, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or dissatisfaction with the analysis results.
Technical failures
We will issue a full refund if your purchase could not be delivered due to a technical failure on our end, including:
- The upload completed but the analysis never finished processing.
- The analysis returned no detected serves due to a bug on our side.
- A duplicate charge for the same purchase.
To request a refund for a technical failure, email support@optiswing.com within 14 days of the purchase with your account email and the approximate time of the failed analysis. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
